TYPES OF PRODUCTION

PIG FARMS :

Your main responsibility will be feeding and taking care of the pigs-insemination, castration and other. Normally working hours from 7 am to 16 pm, where you will have 2 brakes during the day

DAIRY FARMS :

Your main responsibility will be feeding and milking the cows and small calves. All farms are equipped with modern milking systems, that include automatized machines. The program includes 3 milkings per day.

POULTRY :

Your main responsibility will be feeding, taking care of chickens, collect and sort the eggs. All farms are equipped with modern stables. Working hours are from 7 am to 16p m with 2 brakes during the day

FOOD TECHNOLOGY :

Your responsibility will be checking the quality of food Products and Controlling Specific Processes on the Factory.

TYPES OF HOSPITALITY POSITIONS

CHEF-ASSISTANT:

You will provide support for the head chef of a restaurant, bakery, catering business or cafeteria. You duties include managing inventory, ensuring that the kitchen meets food safety and clean- liness standards etc.

KITCHEN-ASSISTANT:

You will have to ensure the food preparation areas are clean and hygienic, washing utensils and dishes and making sure they are stored appropriately.

BARTENDER/WAITER:

Preparing alcoholic or nonalco- holic beverages for bar and customers. Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving food and drinks.

CATERER:

You will provide, transport and prepare food for clients, parti cularly for special events such as con- ferences, weddings, celebrations or large gatherings

General requirements for applicants:

  • Age from 18 to 30
  • The trainee must be a current student of a higher educational institution (or college affiliated to the university) with H+ status accrediation, enrolled in 5th semester of the education minimum - for undergraduate; the trainee must be graduated from higher educational institution (or college affiliated to the university) with H+ status accreditation - for graduated
  • Drivers license - for male.
  • No Previous Experience abroad for undergraduate trainees
  • Valid international passport

Specific requirements for Livestock production:

  • Faculty of livestock, animal husbandry with direct subjects in piggery/dairy/poultry
  • Interview in English with the representative from Bixter, NO language certificate is needed

Specific requirements for Food Technology Factory

  • Faculty of food Technology and nutrition
  • Interview in English with the representative from Bixter, NO language certificate is needed

Specific requirements for Hospitality

  • Faculty of hospitality, hotel and restaurant business
  • Interview in English with the representative for Bixter, No Language Certificate is needed
